Aura Fundació , alongside AESE, Association for Supported Employment Europe (ASEE) ONCE Foundation and ACTAS, organized the 15th European Conference on Supported Employment, WE HAVE THE TALENT, in Tarragona, Spain. 5-7th of june 2024.

This Conference was a meeting point for Supported Employment professionals, participants from organizations and companies committed to inclusion.The aim of the Conference was to make progress throughout the European Union and further the model of labour inclusion, sharing best practices and highlighting innovative processes, with a person-centred approach.
